  • Utilized data-driven insights to enhance inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle within a remote first environment.

  • Provided organizational leadership to seven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for strategic planning, cross-functional partnerships, programming and member engagement. 

  • Developed and led internal and external DEI comms strategy, including annual reports, regular company-wide Town Halls, and support for crisis comms.

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER, DEI | 2022 - 2024

  • Served as the principal liaison for Dropbox’s ERG program, providing strategic consultation, guidance, and governance.

  • Developed and implemented communications strategy for DEI team’s initiatives, including key metrics and success criteria, and collaborated across teams to translate the DEI team’s work broadly across the organization. 

  • Served as a thought leader and partner to C-Suite executives and their teams to develop and implement team-oriented DEI goals and strategies and offered recommendations on aligning team goals with DEI strategy company-wide. 

DIVERSITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER | 2019 - 2022

  • Developed and coordinated internal and external communications strategy relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, including internal Town Halls, Slack and email communication campaigns, and creating internally-facing DEI intranet resources.

  • Conducted research to understand employee experience, including facilitating listening sessions across the company for women and underrepresented minorities, to foster a more inclusive work environment. 

  • Curated and project managed a company-wide six-month learning and experience series dedicated to exploring the experiences of African American individuals and communities in the United States.

ASSOCIATE MANAGER, GLOBAL INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS | 2017 - 2019

  • Re-launched the company intranet within six weeks with minimal disruptions, managing and growing the intranet platform, managing the editorial calendar, and creating new content with a focus on multimedia storytelling, including podcasts and videos.

  • Designed and executed internal communications strategy for the entire organization, leading all communication efforts for the philanthropic arm while working with executives to hone their internal messages and communicate effectively with the rest of the company.

San Francisco Dept. of Public Health

COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST | 2014 - 2017

  • Acted as the content strategy subject matter expert, developing and producing content and advising staff and executives on communications strategy and message development including a multimedia storytelling initiative featuring innovative projects and programs.

  • Improved cross-team communication and transparency by developing an internal communications infrastructure from scratch including an intranet site for content dissemination.

COMMUNICATIONS FELLOW | 2013 - 2014

  • Planned, implemented, and evaluated creation and dissemination of multimedia and social media content, including being a regular contributor to The Huffington Post and creating video content.

  • Provided media and PR strategy consultation for a $1M capital campaign, contributing to the success and completion of the building project.
